Our team is also adept at crafting specialty solutions for when you need to take your work on the road. We build custom display cases, signs and towers, and functional trade show work stations. Ask our customer service team what type of custom work we can provide for your company.
The conveyor station is an automated sewing conveyor made to the specific needs and requirements of the customer.
Custom frameworks can be made to fit any description that the customer may want. This includes the size of the structure and many other options including clean rooms, testing areas, safety structures around machines, and many other options.
For display cases, we use the extrusion we have to assemble a frame based on what the customer needs. The customer then uses an assortment of pvc plastic and plexiglass for the case itself.
Ergo stands are height adjustable tables that you can place sewing machines on so they can be used at a variety of heights. They can also be used to adjust the height of a control box or other equipment so a wider variety of people can use the equipment.
Incline loaders can be used for a variety of things but their primary purpose is to load new rolls of material into cradles and other holding devices.
Safety enclosures can be made to fit around a machine or anything the customer may need to cover. This structure can be made to the customer’s specifications, and we will make it so the machine is enclosed by the frames.
A sheeter is generally a bigger machine that will be able to slit, measure, cut patterns, and stack material after being cut. This machine has many options from an aeronaut cutter being mounted on top to multi directional lasers and very accurate measurement devices.
We use extrusion and pvc plastic to construct the towers based on the customer’s specifications. Towers have the ability to be height adjustable, if stated, and typically have the company’s name and logo at the top.
Storage racks are made from extrusion for the frames and have a plywood or plastic shelf. Plywood has different finishing options. These can range from small 1-shelf high boxes to many-shelves high based on the customer’s specification.
These eye catching units, made to specification, generally include a display table with closed sides and base, locking doors allowing storage of items such as literature, trade show give-aways, or personal items, and shelves, if required. Provision can also be made to integrate a TV display screen.
