Ultra high pressure fusing machine designed for shirt collars and cuffs. The belts are preheated prior to the placement of the parts. After fusing, the parts pass through a cooling station to “shock cool”. This not only results in minimal shrinkage, but also allows the now cooled parts to be handled without leaving finger marks. The cooling function is achieved by circulating cold water through the cooling station. After leaving the cooling station the water is recooled by the SC-60 water cooling unit, before being recirculated.
