- Properties of the fabric. Woven or knit? Degree of stretch?
- Roll specifications. Weight, Width, Diameter, Condition of Roll (telescoped or out of round). Open width, tubular, flat-fold?
- Fabric cost.
- Spreading mode(s). Face to face, Face up one way, Face to face with one way nap (turntable)
